Exhibitor Move in/setup Information:

Move-in Time: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM no more vehicles inside park, only hand carried items.

Exhibitors must be ready to open at 11:30 AM each day.

Vehicle/Delivery Access to Festival Grounds: No vehicles are allowed to drive on the grass/field.
Exhibitor/Vendor Entry: Please use gate at Kilbourn Ave. and Parker Ave.

Exhibitor Check in Booth: Please check in with staff for booth space location and information, questions.
The Fest will take place on the grounds of the Kelvyn Park 4438 W. Wrightwood Chicago, Il 60647. (Wrightwood Ave and Parker Ave. will be Closed for Festival) On-site contact: Jorge Ortega 773.230.6661

Exhibitor Rules
Please see Exhibitor/Vendor Contract for additional rules, terms and conditions. GFC may impose additional rules and regulations, as GFC deems necessary. GFC will notify Vendor of these additional rules.

1.Display Vehicles: Gas tank levels should be under a 1⁄4 tank for safety reasons. Gas Tank lid must be tape down after display is set. Battery must be disconnected during show hours. Vehicle must remain turned off during show hours. Vehicle keys must be present on site at all times. If Display Vehicle needs to be turned on during show hours, please make arrangements to have an electrical power hook with battery charger at space. Wood pads must be placed under the wheels of vehicles.

2. Sound Levels: please keep sound levels at booth at a minimum, large sound system set-ups will not be allowed.

3. Fire extinguishers: all vendors using electrical services and or cooking, must have a Fire extinguisher in the booth at all times.

4. Tanks: all gas and air tanks must be secured to outside tent poles, fence, and or together on a dolly to prevent
them from being turned over.

5. Food Vendors must put down floor covering on the grass to prevent grease from getting on the grass and health
safety reasons.

Section 3. Use of Space; Vendor Conduct

A. Vendor’s use of the Space is non-transferable. Vendor may not allow anyone else to use the Space without the express permission of GFC.

B. GFC offers no guarantees or warranties of any kind. The Fest occurs rain or shine. Once accepted, no refunds or rain checks will be given for any reason. There will be no refunds whatsoever if any unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, terrorism, or war result in the cancellation of the
event.

C. The Space is provided as-is. Limited numbers of tables, chairs, canopies, and electricity hook ups are available to rent from GFC. Vendors
requiring rented equipment must enclose the required fee and order each item on the application. Rentals: chairs and tables will be available for pick up at a central location on Friday afternoon—and must be returned and checked in at that same location on Sunday evening. Missing rental equipment costs will be billed to vendor if not returned and checked in. Rented tents will be erected in the Space. IF electricity is ordered, an electric outlet will be available near the Space, vendors should bring a long outdoor extension cord in order to reach outlet.

D. Vendor must weigh down tents brought in independently with sand bags or water barrels at Vendor’s expense. If tents are not weighed down properly, GFC may choose to remove them and/or charge Vendor for cost of additional water barrels, $100 each.

E. Vendor must keep its merchandise within the allotted boundaries of the Space.

F. Vendors shall not be permitted to amplify music, without prior written consent of GFC.

G. Vendors must be set up and ready for operation by 11 am Saturday (one hour before the official opening time of the Festival) and must vacate the
Festival grounds no later than two hours after the official closing time of the festival. Vendor may not vacate the Fest prior to the official closing
time of 10 pm on July 17th without the express permission of GFC.

H. Vendors must remove all products and equipment overnight each night of the Fest. It is at the Vendor’s own risk to leave any equipment or product
belonging to the Vendor on the Fest site over night, and GFC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to said product or equipment. There will be at least two security guards overnight each night of the Fest.

I. No vehicles are permitted on the Field only load-in dates above. During the Festival’s hours of operation (Noon-10 pm) merchandise must be transported by hand or on a small cart. Vendor is responsible for its parking arrangements.
There are lots available, limited space.

J. Vendor must remove its own trash from the Space and dispose of trash in containers provided by GFC. Vendors must leave the Space trash-free and in the same condition as when initially provided. Vendor will be charged $150 penalty for any debris or trash left on site.
